Gosh, no-one’s needed prayer while I’ve been away? And, um, silly me for not checking whether there’s anyone here from Brisbane I could’ve said hi to while I was visiting your fair city.


Wait, that’s not what I needed prayer for, just warming up.


I met with the new minister of our church on Friday, and… um, yeah, I think it’s time for me to find a new church.


It’s not just his views on homosexuality (which I expected), it’s that he is thinking about enforcing his view by either removing me from music ministry or requiring me to meet certain terms and conditions.


I don’t exactly what they might be, but I gather from this first conversation that, for example, my boyfriend coming to church with me could be a problem. Whereas if I actually ever FOUND a boyfriend willing to come to church with me, I’d consider it a minor miracle and something to praise God for. I’m certainly not interested in any conditions that require me to be ‘discreet’ – I didn’t come out of the closet in order to start agreeing to walk back into it.


Along with some other factors about the new minister’s personality and his attitude to the music ministry in general, I’m feeling like it’s time to jump before I’m pushed.


So, yeah, finding a new church. A big deal.

Ah ok. I’ll forgive you, as men get older their minds tend to go a little bit *pats you on the shoulder* there is no need to worry, its natural 😆 You see Anthony, there is a gay gene that differentiates gay males from the rest of the population. As we know, the brain of gays, lesbians and straight people are all different and while lesbians have been fortunate enough to walk away with a gay gene that makes them extra intelligent gay men just seem to loose first their memories, then their minds. The studies in this area are extensive and the science very conclusive. 😆 😆


You probably read the prayer request I posted months ago at the end of my story thread, that one all worked out for the best as far as I know. Thanks again.

Obviously you have reconciled yourself to teasing Anthony at any possible moment now you have been gagged from causing arguments. Just because your bored with so little to do and moping thinking about your hunky boss doesn’t mean you need to take it out on the rest of the world 😆 😆 Give the poor guy a break.
